TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”)
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the Building Our Success Stories Network Inc. (https://myoffice.bossinternational.com.ph/) website (“the service”, “the website”, “Service”) operated by Building Our Success Stories Network Inc. (“The Company”, “us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service as well as the buying and selling of our products is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, distributors, dealers, and others who access or use our services and buy our products.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access our services or use/buy our products.

Definition of Terms

The following are terms which will be used throughout the whole document. They are defined for your reference and perusal:
1. Building Our Success Stories Network Inc./The Company/BOSSNetwork/Us/Our
These are the terms that will be used to refer to Building Our Success Stories located at Unit 3-4 Garden Deck, Pacific Center Bldg. 33 San Miguel Ave. Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

    This will collectively define our perfume, beauty soap, food supplement products and future products.
    This collectively defines the following: the www.bossinternational.com.ph website we are using for our products; the services we offer from customer service interactions via social media messages; phone calls and personal interactions in the office; and any other information regarding the company.
    Our distributors range from resellers to dealers and these are terms that will be used to describe our business partners engaged in direct selling with the company; with each other; or new customers looking to avail our products and services.
    This shall define the company’s compensation plan and incentive programs endowed to our distributors.

The company is a network of distributors with designation ranging from:
Resellers, Retailer Stockiest, Mobile Dealer, City Dealer, Provincial Dealer

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Account holders must be of legal age or minors with parent’s consent and create only one account. Multiple account holders will be subject to immediate termination. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the website and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Distributors will have the opportunity to enjoy a discount ranging from 25% to 50% as part of the company’s compensation plans. Also, commissions will be offered for every product movement as part of our distributor’s privileges. There are promotions that are also offered by the company ranging from tech gadgets, cars, condo units and houses, etc. all of which are also subject to government taxes.

Distributor’s Compensation Plan and Incentives
BOSS Network Inc. as a direct selling company has designed a comprehensive compensation plan to enable our distributors to enjoy additional benefits when engaging in direct selling therefore allowing for leverage in more earnings when referring more distributors. Listed below are ways we can earn from the company’s compensation plan:
– Universal Bonus Pool (UBP) – Incentives Program
– Direct Referral Income – Retailing/Direct Selling
– Pairing Income – Leadership Bonus (Elite)
– Unilevel Income
– Infinity Bonus

Marketing Promotions
The Company will be rolling out promotions from time to time to help our distributors grow their business. The rules and mechanics of such promotions will be specific depending on what has been officially released by the company. We reserve the right to make adjustments on the dates and mechanics as deemed necessary without any prior notice.

Privacy Policy
Personal Information
BOSS Network Inc. collects your personal information online when you voluntarily provide it to us. If you choose to register online, we ask you to provide limited personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number and/or email address and tax identification number (TIN). We also collect information that will allow you to establish a username and password if you would like to do that.

How We Use Personal Information That We Collect Online – Internal Uses

We may use your personal information within the company: (1) to provide you with the services and products you request or that have been ordered and/or requested by a representative on your behalf; (2) to answer questions about our services; billing, payment methods or use of our website; (3) to process or collect payments for our services, (4) to conduct customer surveys; and (5) to contact you about the products and services that we offer and (6) earnings and incentives you are eligible for.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will not disclose any personal information to any third party (excluding our contractors to whom we may provide such information for the limited purpose of providing services to us and who are obligated to keep the information confidential), unless (1) you have authorized us to do so; (2) we are legally required to do so, for example, in response to a subpoena, court order or other legal process and/or, (3) it is necessary to protect our property rights related to this website. We also may share aggregate, non-personal information about website usage with unaffiliated third parties. This aggregate information does not contain any personal information about our users.

Cookie Placement

Company Logo and Products
The company’s logos can only be used with the company’s express written permission/approval. By definition a logo is a symbol or other design adopted by an organization to identify its products, uniform, services, etc.
Without any permission/approval, distributors are not allowed to use the logo of the company as this will be a misrepresentation of Building Our Success Stories Network Inc.

Product and Pricing Standards

Products and services – namely perfumes, skincare, beauty products and health supplements – have to meet certain standards.

Standards have the following advantages:

  • guarantee of safety and quality of products and services;
  • they enable companies to share knowledge, technology and business practices more easily;
  • it is easier for companies that comply with standards to tap new markets;
  • they ensure that new products and services are compatible with existing products and services. For instance, a bottle of perfume must fit into a standard pouch, or a paper belt must be the right size for a bar of soap.

As our products have undergone assessments to ensure that the ingredients are of the best quality and the packaging is also aesthetically pleasing to consumers; the company reserves the right to enforce a constant variable which is its pricing, product and its packaging.
The company expects its distributors to maintain these standards by avoiding the following:

*Price – Putting up prices lower than the Suggested Retail Price (SRP);
*Packaging – Repackaging the products to look differently than what has been released by the company;

*Conflict in Products – Distributors are not allowed to sell other products of the same variant (skincare, beauty and/or cosmetic) while selling the company’s products; and
*Recreating Systems – Copying, Imitating or taking inspiration from the Company’s Operations, Products, Incentives and Compensation Programs in place for its distributors.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We are a company regulated by the government: as such, our compliance to these regulating bodies is of utmost importance. Government dues such as taxes must be remitted in a constant and timely manner wherein Processing Fees from third-party services such as banks will also be applicable for deductions with consent from clients.
It is due to these civil obligations that we are to implement all deductions on taxes and processing fees where applicable. Deductions will be applicable but not limited to: Compensation and Incentive Packages; Withholding and Other Applicable Taxes; Processing Fees.

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation: ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Reasons for termination is blatant disregard of Company Prohibitions as well as the following:

  1. A) No activity in the account for 1 year.
    B) Any unethical/unlawful/prejudicial practices that stain the company name.
    C) Spreading misinformation by Distributors to other people.
    D) Convicted of crimes punishable by imprisonment regardless the term.
    E) Not mentally fit to handle business.
  2. F) Distributors who earns at least Php100,000 in sales commission (excluding UBP) engaging in other direct selling/MLM companies

Reasons for suspension/termination and Company Prohibitions of dealers:

  1. A) No reload in the dealer’s account for three consecutive months.
  2. B) Creating your own/unofficial system such as sub-dealership and others
  3. C) Not following the standard pricing of product package and charges of encashment
  4. D) Any kind of involvement with other direct selling/ MLM companies
  5. E) Misrepresentation of the company/brand

What it means to have your account terminated:
A) All your privileges as a distributor will be forfeited;
B) All points and earnings in your account will also be forfeited;
C) Access from your account will be denied and is irretrievable;
D) You will be banned from any company functions such as meetings and seminars;
E) You are prohibited from going to any dealer’s locations; and
F) Promotion of the company’s products will be disregarded.
G) All related accounts and sub accounts which have been registered and is operated by you will also be terminated

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is physical we will try to provide notice as soon as we are able and prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a physical change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
